Your design intent. Carefully carried through.
Timberry works with designers, architects, builders and applicable commercial teams to connect design intent with millwork details, materials, fabrication and installation requirements.
From the concept to the junction.
Bring your design drawings, schedules and reference details. We can review room dimensions, elevations, material intent and practical installation constraints before developing the agreed millwork scope.
Mozaik CAD/CAM can support the development of production details where appropriate. The agreed drawings and specifications need review before manufacture; early concepts do not authorize production.
- Layouts, elevations, material schedules and finish references
- Appliance information, countertop interfaces and hardware requirements
- Reveals, grain direction, panel transitions and installation junctions
- Site access, trade interfaces and questions requiring confirmation
Make the decisions visible.
We review supply responsibilities, drawing revisions, field measurements and the boundaries between millwork and related trades. Questions and proposed changes should be resolved against the latest agreed information.
For renovation projects, we can discuss coordinating the applicable interior trades and finishes. Regulated work, permits and specialist requirements are addressed through the appropriate qualified professionals and project agreement.
Before we begin.
Can you work from our drawings?
Yes. We can review design drawings and develop the agreed millwork details, with design, site verification and approval responsibilities defined for the project.
What should we send first?
Project location and scope, relevant drawings and revision dates, material intent, appliance information if available, timing and the questions you need resolved.
Can we coordinate a commercial interior?
Applicable commercial millwork and interior requirements can be reviewed against the drawings, specifications and site conditions. Scope and responsibilities are agreed for the project.
Let’s review the project together.
Send the current drawings and a brief description of the scope. We can discuss specifications, coordination requirements and the next steps.
