Do I need finished drawings?
No. Existing photos, rough dimensions and a clear idea of what you want to change are a useful starting point.
Can I attach files?
Use your private project workspace to upload files and explicitly select what to share. You can also attach files if you choose to send an email instead.

Timberry is based in Calgary and considers projects in surrounding areas, subject to availability.

TIMBERRY Corp. uses the contact and project details you submit to review your enquiry, discuss your project or consultation and follow up through your chosen contact method. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm an appointment.
Your enquiry is stored in our protected website inbox. An email notification containing the submitted details is sent to Sanjar, who handles enquiries and privacy requests. Our website hosting and email delivery services support this process. Service providers may process information outside Canada; contact us for information about our service-provider practices.
For inactive enquiries that do not become projects, our retention target is eight months after the last contact. We review records for deletion or anonymization; information may be retained longer where there is an ongoing project or a continuing legal or business need. Minimal submission and delivery records may remain to prevent duplicate processing.
You may ask about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by contacting Sanjar Karasartov at contact@timberry.ca or 403 477 5066. We review requests and any applicable retention requirements. Please do not include payment details or sensitive identity documents in the enquiry form.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement load only if you accept them in Privacy settings. Google Tag Manager may use cookies and similar identifiers; we do not put enquiry field values into our measurement events. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed through Privacy settings. The optional map loads Google Maps when you activate it. External links open the respective provider’s service.
